Montana

Location: Missoula Montana
Dates: July 20 to July 26, 2008

We will be heading north to fish some of the fabled trout streams of western Montana. We will be headquartered in Missoula the week of July 20th- 26th. I have specifically booked Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to be spent with the outstanding guides of grizzly hackle drift fishing the local rivers. You will be amazed how hard the fish hit the foam hoppers you throw to the banks. You’ll also learn why “foam is home”. The other days will be saved for walk and wade fishing on our own, being open to peoples preferences, energy level, and sense of adventure. Possibilities include Kelly Creek in Idaho, the Swan River, the Little Blackfoot, and even an expedition to the upper Big Hole for grayling.

This was a great trip last fall and I expect another epic fishing adventure!
The reserved spots are limited and we need to act fast to nail down the details. The cost will be aprox. $1,300-$1,500 plus food.
